Vilena Fridovskaya is a gallery director and cultural producer based in Lisbon. She founded BOA Lab, a contemporary art gallery and cultural platform that achieved institutional recognition and supported emerging artists in securing representation with established galleries. Her approach bridges contemporary art credibility with collectible design expertise, having curated exhibitions featuring both established artists and artisan collaborations.

For the past two years, she has consulted on landmark hospitality and residential projects internationally, establishing conceptual frameworks and visual direction before physical design execution. Her consulting work spans high-end hotels and private residences, where she develops the intellectual and aesthetic foundation that guides architectural and interior design decisions.

Her work encompasses gallery operations, strategic consulting, and cultural programming, with projects featured in Vogue and Whitewall Magazine. She holds an MSc in Business Management from Católica Lisbon and a BA in Political Science and International Affairs. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Russian.
